Introduction
Database Applications are typically contain lots of data, as the purpose of a Database application is to collect and store data for which it was designed for. Relationship Tracker is no different, as it has a number of SQL Tables that are interrelated for the purpose of storing meaningful data on potential partners.
Once the data is in the tables, it becomes important to be able to get the data out again in a variety of formats and output media. Like all of our software we provide two mechanisms for accomplishing this goal.
Ad-Hoc Reporting
One of the powerful and convenient features that we added to Relationship Tracker is the ability to report the data contained within the Database on the fly while you are using the product with the simple click of a toolbar button. You are also free to customize the output to your printer by simply choosing which columns on the grids are visible and filtering the data to meet your requirements. Microsoft Office™ Integration
Like all the Personal Tracker Database Software packages, the data in the Grids and Data Inspectors can be saved as a Microsoft Excel™ (.xls) files to be brought straight into Excel for further manipulation and data massaging.

System Reporting
Just what is a System Report? System Reports go beyond basic Ad-Hoc Reporting providing complex table links and report layout with the aid of an advanced report writer. Relationship Tracker provides a series of specialized, pre-built reports to aid you the user in getting the most out of the system. Over time, additional reports will be added to Relationship Tracker based on the requests received.
