Introduction

In addition to the basic system which will help you log all the details of a potential partner there are additional tools that assist you in the use of Relationship Tracker. One of the tools is really the Reporting Tools to help you retrieve all of that data in a meaningful way to assist you even more. System Settings

A system's success is partially driven by the flexibility of how the system can adapt to the user's needs or wants. Relationship Tracker allows the user to fully customize the look and feel of the system as well as certain behaviors in who the system works. By default the system saves many of the settings like form size and position on your screen as well as which tab you left off on. Again, total flexibility and control over the way you see and use Relationship Tracker.

Letter Templates

Communication with a potential life partner sometimes requires some thought which usually takes precious time. Not that you do not want to be personal in a communication, as you need to be, but, why reinvent the wheel if you can build a collection of templates which can easily be customized? Also you do not want to be searching through literally hundreds of letters to people you have written to already to find the right one.

The Letter Template portion of Relationship Tracker lets you create a library of common letters which can be quickly referenced by type to give you a starting point for letters to potential life partners

Quotations

The Quotations module or section is meant to store and manage various type of Life or Love quotations which can be used in communications to your potential life partner. The system comes with some starter quotations for you to build your library on. In the communication portion for your potential partner you can pick from a list of quotations which you are sending and there is a special pane which can be enabled for you to directly copy the quotation directly into your communication document to your partner.
